Who we are
SEROPTICS is the mothership for the desks founded by Anthony Perlas, a Los Angeles photographer, AI builder, speaker and U.S. veteran.
What we do
SEROPTICS backs independent creators and small studios who want to own their audience, their craft and their time. The Founders Pass is $97 a year (the published Founders rate). It is a membership, not securities.

Why
Our mission is stated plainly:
- Fact: the Sun is slowly brightening. Solar models give Earth roughly one to two billion habitable years (Schröder & Smith 2008; Wolf & Toon 2015).
- Open question: life may be rare. Earth is the only place we know it exists.
- Belief: humanity should become spacefaring and, in time, carry life beyond the solar system.
- Speculation: if a superintelligence is ever built, it might help preserve life and even restart it elsewhere. Nobody knows whether that’s possible, and we label it that way.
How it works
SEROPTICS has an EIN, and its 501(c)(3) application is pending. Tax-exempt status has not been granted, so donations are not tax-deductible. Fleet services are paid and priced separately, in writing. No free consults.
